Providing internationally accessible training, certification pathways, supervision, mentoring, and professional development in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and Inclusive Education.
Founded from a simple yet profound observation made during early teaching years in Zimbabwe, Impact International Learning was born from a desire to create meaningful change for learners who went unnoticed.
In 2012, many learners faced academic, social, and behavioural challenges while awareness of learning differences and developmental disabilities was limited. Today, Impact International Learning serves as a platform for education, training, supervision, consultation, and professional development.
We believe every individual deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive — regardless of their circumstances or challenges.
To positively impact humanity by empowering individuals, families, educators, and professionals through evidence-based learning, inclusive practices, and ethical behaviour support.
To be a globally trusted provider of education, training, consultation, supervision, and behaviour support services that empower individuals, families, and professionals to achieve meaningful and sustainable outcomes.

A complete certification pathway covering the full scope of Applied Behaviour Analysis practice, built from six modules:
Intensive 40-hour training for Interventionist Behaviour Technicians (IBT) and Applied Behaviour Analysis Technicians (ABAT), preparing candidates with the practical skills and competencies required to work directly in behaviour support roles.
Structured, professional supervision for candidates working toward their IBA or ABAT certification — guided fieldwork hours, case consultation, and accountability through every stage of certification.
Our training programmes are approved by the relevant certifying boards and are designed to meet the educational requirements for certification through the Qualified Applied Behavior Analysis Credentialing Board (QABA) and the International Behavior Analysis Organization (IBAO).
